Location, room, pool.? everything was amazing

The room location was great as was the balcony.

There is not enough room here to say how horrible our experience was with the hotel staff, including housekeeping, 2 Fromt Desk Mgrs and the Supervisor, They showed they truly dont care about the customer. They ruined the experience.

Room was excellent. Awesome spot., location was right on the beach, pools were warm and everything was very clean

The hotel had an awesome view, it was on the very top floor ocean side. The room was very nice and had fully stocked equipment to cook or anything else that may of been needed. The hotel was amazing for the price.

Nothing about the hotel was bad. It was very clean and their were multiple activities on its premises.

This place was one of the best places I have stayed in a very long time. The villa and everything inside was spotless and looked brand new. The pools were amazing! Staff was awesome! Super friendly.

I absolutely loved the master suite. Staying in the villa was just like being at home. The rooms were impressive and very spacious. The staff really went out of their way to make you felt welcomed.

Check out time was a little earlier than I would have liked. I asked for a later checkout because of the conference I was attending, but was denied.

The view and balcony size was amazing. It was very quiet, parking was always available and close. Everyone was friendly and the whole place was exceptionally clean. The villa and resort had everything we needed.

The hotel staff was very friendly, but almost a little over the top and seemingly disingenuous at times. They had babysitting available which I thought was amazing -- but only offered on Tuesdays which makes no sense to me.

Never have I reviewed before but this place deserves one! Staff was so friendly including maintenance that we happened upon in elevator! Very clean and I am picky! Everything you need in suite, definitely going back. By far best place I have stayed in Myr

I AM ALWAYS WARY TO PUT COMPLETE FAITH IN PICTURES OF HOTELS, BUT THE PICTURES DID NOT DO THE VILLA JUSTICE. THE ROOMS WERE BEAUTIFUL WE HA A GREAT GIRLS SHOPPING TRIP
