- I did not receive the value that I paid for the room. Staff was supposed to call me back the next morning regarding room placement, never heard from them nor did I ever see an employee face to face during my stay.
- It wasnt ready in time, it smelled, it was dirty, and the mattresses were stained so badly. I wouldnt let my kids sleep on them.

The bed in the master bedroom needs the bolts tightened or replaced….couldn’t move without the bed making noise
