Dated. Smelled musty. First room Like smoke. Front desk staff assigned wrong room and argued publicly,

We specifically stayed at this hotel for access to the hot tub and indoor pool. The wet area was being renovated so we were unable to enjoy the water area. We were very disappointed!!

Hallway carpet was not vacuumed. We were only there 2 days but walkway carpet was dirty.

Every thing was great, from location to breakfast We had a little hiccup on the housekeeping. They clean the room every other day, unless every day is requested. We did not know this when we checked in. We could not have chosen a better hotel for Nov.

Yes, the hotel only had turkey sausage 1 day doing my stay.I pick this hotel because I don't eat pork or beef. Other than that the hotel was nice.

I was handicapped and they got my bags and my keys out of the car. They helped get me breakfast, loaded my bags back into the car, and the front desk staff promptly met me at the door with an on-site wheelchair.

I loved everything about this experience, and your staff helped save what was left of the worst vacation of my life. I really appreciate their kindness and empathy. You can tell they love their jobs and are there for their customers.

Hotel employees were very nice and helpful with answering all questions about shows, restaurants and giving directions. I was pleased with the cleanliness of the room. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was good.

Location - staff was very nice - breakfast in morning was a big plus.

Great location right next to the Broadway at the Beach. Easy access to it. Rooms were pretty nice. Free continental breakfast was good. Our room was ready to check into before regular time, and was allowed to get into it early. Free airport shuttle.

The toilet was poorly placed in front of the sink, should have been moved over a little bit closer to the tub/shower. The shower curtain didn't stay in place because of poor design, etc. Found a long, gross hair on floor in front of the toilet area.

Location, location, location. Clean. Amazingly clean for a beach hotel.

The shower water pressure was painfully harsh. No dresser, credenza, or drawers to unpack.

The room had an odor like either someone smoked in it or a dog had been in the room. But I didn¿t complain because I was too tired from playing in a pickleball tournament at the Sports Complex across the street.

How close it was to the boardwalk

The sheets were dirty, we found bed bugs in our bed. When we called the front desk they didnt care.Told us every hotel in the area was booked due to a softball event. NOT HAPPY VERY BAD SERVICE AND NASTY ROOM!!!

the people above us Jumped up and down stomping on the floor the entire night and when we finally went to sleep all you could hear was the cleaning people talking loud and the walls are extremely thin because we heard every shower turn on and every toilet
