Location and hot breakfast

Mold in ceiling. Didn’t spend much time in room. Thank God

The bed was comfortable

The breakfast sucked. The place was kinda old and dirty, not Hampton Inn Quality.

How nice the rooms were and how friendly everyone was

How cold the indoor pool was and hot it was in there and the overwhelming smell of chemicals for the pool

The staff was friendly.

Very dirty. Food not great. Coffee weak.

Nothing. Management was bad. Breakfast was good but staff was unfriendly. Laundry didn¿t have available change to operate machines. Toilets wouldn¿t flush. Elevator was broken all day had to go down 4 Flights to use the restrooms. We left a day early.

1 The toilet would not flush took all day to fix. 2 took all day to fix. 3 elevator was broken had to go down to use the bathroom. Went to use laundry room and no change in the hotel. A man at the pool was swimming with all his privates hanging out.

The location was superb

The elevators were shaky and appeared not as safe. We used the stairs a few times. Guests were ot cleaning up behind their pets which was disgusting. Love that pets can come, but they need to held accountable for not cleaning up.

Room 324 bed near entrance has a mold meldew stain on the side of the mattress near the night stand. Unsanitary and could cause someone to get sick. The occupants of 326 has bumps all over their legs/arms/back now from staying there 2 nights. WITW

The hair on the bathroom floor, no bath towels, room phone didn¿t work, outlet shorted out, and the boiler on the other side of our room had the door open with a fan in the door because is was overheating, smelled, and was very noisy. We left.

Most of the Staff friendly but this hotel is in horrible shape and gross. Definitely wasn¿t worth the money I spent there

AC was not working efficiently, Room was hot even after lowering the temperatures on thermostat. Except 2 none of the the other charging points were working. Bath room fan was not working and the water in the bath tub is not draining properly. NOT Clean R

Absolutely nothing. The building looks like century old. Bad odour in the room and it looks spooky.

$--- for the room is absolutely ridiculous because the room and corridor looks like 100 years old and bad smell everywhere except lobby

Room not very clean, and for some reason there was a bad, and disturbing vibration. We had to check out and go somewhere else.

Extremely clean, good location, and great staff. Nice pool and hot tub area!

Breakfast was excellent, staff was friendly, and very accommodating. Location was close to everything around.

Rooms need a deep cleaning (I.e carpet) but besides that it was good overall.

Service was excellent, staff was very pleasant and breakfast was outrageously surprising good

The hotel is in a prime location which features a variety of eateries and stores. It's location is only 3-4 blocks from the beach and about 5-7 minutes from the Boardwalk. Great location and the morning breakfast.

Love that it was secluded and away from the beach commotion. Somewhat clean and breakfast was good.

Didn¿t like they only gave one towel and stuff and shampoo and conditioner for 4 people! And they had no replacements make it make sense.

First of all the room smelled like smoke. When booking it said it was a non smoking place. Also instead of having 2 queen beds we had 2 full.. the a/c didn¿t work properly, and breakfast was not good at all ..
