The room was a dump. No sheet on one of the beds, one bedspread had stains on it. Not enough towels and the ones there were beyond cheap. The air-conditioning was very loud. The floor felt wet throughout the room. Disgusting place and a rip off.

Nothing. This place wasn’t even a 1 star hotel. The room was disgusting. Stains on the comforter, the ceiling was leaking, bubbling, and caving in, nothing was clean. We paid over $--- for a room that should maybe be worth $---. It was horrible.

Pool is dirty. Rooms are dirty. No way to check out of room no staff available.

Good location great staff definitely stay again and good price too

Location

The bed sheets had pee and blood stains on them. The room smelled of cigarette smoke and marijuana smoke. The room was non-smoking. Took pictures and spoke to front desk. They let us change rooms and offered a Lysol spray to combat cigarette smells.

The check-in area smelled like smoke. The sheet were dirty. The balcony was flooded with water. And because the balcony was flooded we could not enjoy the view. We also did not have 3 sets of towels in the room. The pillows were very flat.

Staff was kind, attentive and responsive.

I did not like the condensation on the floor of the room.

I did not like the fact got locked out of the hotel they have an emergency number that was called multiple times and no one answered paid for a room didn¿t even stay in and no one takes it seriously and even called the police to the hotel

Only good part is the friendly staff. That¿s it.

This is a dope hotel. Junkies live here. Doin dope and sellin dope out of the hotel and in the hallways. Constant talking that can be heard clearly in room. Floors are greasy and slick. Nothing has been wiped down. Beds are from the old age. Was not cool

You have a view of the ocean!

It's not worth the money because it's not a resort but they make you pay a very high resort fee.

The rooms are beautiful,the staff is friendly and helpful.Its clean, safe and has small kitchenette with 2 burners glass top, good size refrigerator with separate freezer.Also has washer/ dryer onsite and Ice cream parlor!!!

The room was moist and there was an odor in the room. They also charged me a one time fee of $75.00 for my dog (I only stayed 2 days).

Dirty, rude staff, I FOUND A USED DRUG NEEDLE IN THE ROOM!!!!!! Still waiting to get a call back from them. I want my money back. I was in the room for 5 minutes and left after seeing a used needle. Unsafe, unsanitary, simply disgusting.

The young man at the check in was so polite. The woman fron the cleaning staff was very kind.

The floor was wet and the room damp but they gave towels to dry it. It was very stark and quite shabby. The curtains were dirty the counter had paint peeling off of it. It's too bad they can't remodel because the staff was quite nice.

Over priced hotel for multiple days¿¿.at least the pics were constant with actual room. Modest updates to an old building.

The person in front was very accommodatingbut could see frustration on his fACE...NOT HAPPY HE SEEMED

The price

Everything staff never available my card stopped working in morning had to go to work waited 2 hrs. For someone to come in office after banging on doors. All this while 5 people were waiting to get checked in at that time. House keeping not once appeared.

The location was good. This hotel looks like its run by family,they also clean the main corridor everyday and they have laundry room on site.

Customer service was poor at the reception . I stop in the hotel for 6 day and I pay for the service of housekeeping and they didn't clean my room once. I spoke with the owner of the hotel Muhammad he was understand but he was busy the day I was leaving.

Semi cheap. Could see the water from balcony .

Unexpected deposit hidden in agreeement. Many things were broken. No wifi as advertised. Would not allow change of room .
