- The room that we booked was spacious, and great for a family trip.
- There were several pools and ancillary activities for children and convenient stores right on site. And although my family didn't need it, there were two accessible pools for those with ambulatory difficulties.

- Its filthy and was moved to a unit away from the main hotel. I was booked a 14th floor room and the balcony door was not working and this posed a danger to my kids who can fall off
- Staff was not kind at all Kitchen was dirty and broken oven Hot spa was yellow water broken concrete pcs was under water
- Fist time at this hotel, and front desk staff was rude from the beginning. This was what left an unpleasant experience for me, it was like they didn¿t want us there. Training for the front desk staff is needed specially for how many hotels they have.

The staff was not happy to be there. The sliding doors on the balcony were atrocious, only the adults could lift the door enough to get it to slide. A toilet was broken ion the room and was not repaired during our stay of four days.

The overall cleanliness of the kitchenette. There was a bug in the kitchen cabinet ALIVE!

The room I was in is not being cleaned correctly. There was a build up of dust/dirt on the woodwork throughout and especially around the tub. Other than the everything was great
The TV in the room did not work.we called the front desk several times,the 3rd time we called, someone came & could not fix the TV. When we left the TV still didn't work!
It was close to the beach and there were dining options nearby.
The room was not very clean. There was only one washcloth for 4 people. Calls to housekeeping for more and towels went to voicemail. None were ever brought. Manager never even responded or apologized. Bath tub pipesand soaked floor.

Absolutely nothing!
10PM we noticed our bed sheets have not been changed from previous guest. There were 4 blod stains.. Reception had no one to come and change it so we had to go get clean sheets and change it ourselves. Cockroaches are everywhere!
Advertised as oceanfront and was not.
