Oceans One Resort

I woke up around 3a to a roach crawling down the wall in the bathroom. Then there were more in the hallway and kitchen area of the suite. The room overall didn’t appear sanitary.

The view of the ocean was nice.

Not enough linens. Was giving tide pods from front desk to wash what was in the room. Had to ask front desk for bedding. The furniture was in rough shape. Tearing in the leather chair and couch was not comfortable. Definitely needs updating.

The view, the pools were nice too.

The bathrooms were gross, the first thing I saw upon entering my room was the toilet seat was up and it was so stained with urine. It was gross! The chairs in the room were extremely cheap and flimsy. The tv was old and you couldn't really find any guide.

Ocean view

There are to many things to list , mold in kitchen area , paint peeling in bathroom, garbage left in kitchen cabinet from previous people, bathroom doors didn?t close, washer dryer sounded like they were going to fall apart . This is just a pinch.

Pool area

Many issues wrong in the room. Stove did not work. Not enough dishes. No bedding for pull out bed

The balcony and view.

Room was dirty. Sheets were dirty. Couch and chairs were ripped. The ceilings had black mold on them. TV didn¿t work in one room. Phone didn¿t work. Wouldn¿t give us another room. Staff was rude and the cleaning crew stole food and wine before check out.

Location

Yes. The stove was not working and we bought food to cook and could not cook and had to spend extra money eating out. We were very disappointed. They fixed the stove much later than they said. We sat for two hours waiting for someone to come.

The room was terribly old, run down, dirty and falling apart.

No housekeeping what so ever! Had to wash our own towels!

Location

Baseboards were peeling off, we saw bugs everyday, there was one extra pillow provided, but no pillowcase, no extra blankets, and we needed them. Mattresses on the two queen beds were in poor shape. Moldy shower curtain, damaged electrical lights.

We were not able to get into room when we went upstairs to room, there was a issue with the door.. I called down on my phone to let them know I couldn’t get into room and I didn’t get an answer so I had to go back down stairs back across street to sp

After going back down stairs for another key and then back up to room and still wasn’t able to get into room and instead of them changing my room someone came up to check it out, after an hour I asked to them to change my room they never offered a diffe

The location was great and the cleanliness and view from the hotel was nice.

Absolutely nothing. A police report has now been filed.
