Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19), this property is taking steps to protect the safety of guests and staff. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A damage deposit of USD 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the property requires a valid credit card at the time of booking. Cancelations made prior to 30 days of arrival will be refunded. We are currently undergoing bathroom renovations on our higher floors as we prepare for another busy season at the Sun & Sand Resort. Construction floors will be shut down to guests entirely. Only bookings from non-local guests are accepted; guests whose residence is within 65 miles of the property will not be permitted to check in. Renovation work will be carried out from 2023 to 2025.
