Oceanfront Twilight Surf Hotel

Pros +

• It was close to major stores and attractions
• I was desperate for an expensive place to stay near to the airport, since my flights had been canceled. This was the only place I could find that wasn't exorbitantly expensive.
• Nothing

Cons -

• Yes power in the room kept going out, there was no AC, they gave out fans instead, it smell like dog pee through out, my family left with bite marks on us, staff was not friendly... Overall disaster, multiple families had issues with services
• Nearly everything. The beds were clean and comfortable; the pillows weren't very supportive. The floor was absolutely filthy–I had to scrub my feet by the morning. The bathtub/shower had not been cleaned at all. I wasn't able to operated the automatic key
• Dirty, unsanitary, no central air and wall unit leaked water inside the room, stove was extremely rusty, no knobs, and had Reynolds Wrap on the burners, dead roaches in a drawer, mold, no phone or clock, no closet. I could go on and on-just disgusting!
