Hampton Inn & Suites Myrtle Beach-Oceanfront

Location on the beach. But that is now irrelevant since it was not cleaned properly, and we'll never be back. teh front desk did take ownership of the problems and autorized a full refund. But bhy then our vacation was ruined and we went home.

The carpet in the room had stains all over it, there were crumbs on the stove, but the biggest issue was when we saw a live cockroach next to the bed. This is not the same hotel that we stayed at twice before. New owners are not running it as well.

My room was dirty, the TV didnt work, there was no conditioner in the bathroom. There pool area had left over towel. Cats were running all.over the place pooping in the sand we were walking on. It was so gross

Hotel employee were superb. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. I love the fact we were right on the ocean had an ocean view from our balcony. Continental breakfast was great. The room was very spacious.

I’ve stayed at Hilton before and expected more . Also told on phone that parking was free it cost me$83. Room not great. No hot water, no ice on my floor. Broken, TV not working, told I’d have a king bed. Got two doubles, plus more

Right on the ocean, free breakfast, easy drive to shopping/attractions.

Nothing to do with the hotel itself but it is right next to a rather run down hotel.

It was perfect!! A clean hotel right on the beach with 7 pools including a splash pad and two hot tubs. It was an exceptional stay!!

No, it was fantastic. This will now be our forever hotel when we visit Myrtle Beach

From the moment I called prior to check in. The young lady who answered our call was and checked us in was so pleasurable. The staff we encountered was 10/10. The hotel was clean and very spacious.

The North elevator was out but this did not affect me.

The location was the best because it is far from the masses but oceanfront for what you actually go to the beach for.

They need more staffing. You had to remind them to refill towels at the pool, for example.

No actual inside pool, no exhaust fan in bathroom and if you needed anything at all you had to go get it. No service!

To be honest I didn't like what I asked for I definitely didn't get . It was an awful experience and I'm very upset .

The kitchen wasn't a full size kitchen and that's what I asked for . The stove barely worked and it only had two little I's on it the back I didn't work hardly.I also asked for a full size living room and I don't get that either . This has been the worst

The poor check in clerk was swamped with no one to help her.

The rooms were outdated. It was hard to get into the parking lot. Couldn?t enjoy the balcony for so many people smoking pot.

Rooms need bathroom ventilation. Clump of hair in toilet and crumbs under mattress upon checkin.

I visit Myrtle Beach every year within recent years and had stayed in several hotels there before I found this hotel and kept returning here because of my extremely positive experience here.

Lengthy and cumbersome check-in process. Our room has a stinky mold odor and visible signs of wear off. We could not swim in the ocean because of hurricane . Use of internal pools was prohibited. Limited cable TV channel selection
