The room and the view were outstanding!

The room service. They would show up around 9am, so I put the do not disturb sign on until we left at 9:30 or 10 am so they never did the mid week cleaning. I really wanted new bedding but that never happened

I can?t really pin point one area but the staff was amazing! Very attentive, respectful, and beyond helpful! Valet Parking was the best I ever experienced. Car was ready everytime! Amazing job by all!

Location, cleanliness, nice room, and polite staff.

No type of breakfast offer and the coffee in the lobby, you had to pay for.

The ac sounded like a 747 taking off. We left the sliding door open to cool the room.

Location great. Only negative was that on our last day we had a medical emergency and they would only give us one hour for extended checkout. Otherwise - had a great stay and service Was good.

Electric breaker tripped one night. I reset but did not know why it tripped. Curtain gap does not keep out the morning light

The room was amazing big, clean and comfortable.

Except for the room everything cost extra including coffee and tea.

Hotel staff was nice , my room was big and spacious. Hotel was quite. Close to Broadway at the beach and Tanger outlet.

Parking is horrible, be prepared to walk. They do provide valet parking for a fee. If you self park, the parking deck is horrible the first 2 and a half floors are Strictly for valet parking. Charge an additional $16 fee. Wasn¿t aware of that.

We reserved an ocean front but were given a side view suite without any explanation. Noise from above suite, like construction every night.

The view and the staff just lovely.The Room was very clean and even tho there was costrution helpimg you could barely tell.

Should have better cable like Direct TV. if I had to complain
