The hallways and elevators were muggy and very warm. Other than that, no real complaints.

Staff were fantastic. Really helpful and friendly. Room was very nice.

The sink was plugged when we first arrived and there was no visible way to release stopper. you have to depress the stopper, which is totally disgusting because the sink is full of dirty, used water. Gross! Breakfast too expensive!

Great location, courteous, helpful, responsive staff. Great amenities. Food was great too. Perfect location, close to everything. I will definitely stay here again.

The carpet needed more cleaning. Other than that, everything else was very clean and sanitary.

The staff is always friendly. The rooms are really nice and comfortable. It’s located right in the heart of Myrtle Beach. Therefore, you have the mall, plenty of other stores, and restaurants to visit.

We had to call the frdesk twice for ants inroom. Maint(who was super nice)came to spray.Later,the tv went out & Maint came back to fix.Called mgr the nxt day &he was very short&talking to someone in the bkgrnd while i was talking. Just said he will refund

I like the customer service was excellent, but was charged twice for stay, and l was bite by bed bugs in room 319,!!!On legs and once on arm, location was great and breAkfast was great!

It was beautiful, clean, and close to the airport.

Aside from what I had already paid for my room, $282 was taken from my account without my knowledge for incidentals, and in case something happened to my room. It was eventually credited back to my account, but I was not told beforehand.

Nice and clean. Very close to the airport which was so convenient after two delayed flights!

Very pricey for a three star. Breakfast should have been included, but nothing. Outside of the sky-high pricing and lack of breakfast, no complaints.

The lobby, so pretty. Clean rooms, coffee available, friendly staff.

Right by airport does create some sound distraction but we knew this going in. Convenience by mall is nice.

The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and went above and beyond. Special thanks to hotel employees.
