The location is Awesome; the beaches is very close. The staff is friendly and helpful.
The restaurant on the 3rd floor needs to improve its menu.... too much pizza not enough good fresh meals. The rooms need to touchup, i.e. painting and new thick comforters.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I needed a wheelchair for my dad and they put me in contact with a company who delivered it within 30mins of me calling for it. The views from the balcony were lovely. Easy access to the beach and the various pools. There is an indoor lazy river and outside swim up bar. Everything was great!!

The unit we got was horrible Room 907. Very outdated, stale and moldy smelling. Carpet and furniture stained and filthy. Bed was hard and uncomfortable.Pillows were unsanitary ,stained and soiled with pillow cases that were too small. The pool area is nice but they don’t keep the water clean throughout the day

All the pools and hot tubs!
Could use an update and a deep clean. Smelled old and a little uncomfortable beds and the water in the shower was lukewarm almost cold.
