- The breakfast and convenience of location.
- Location - It was within walking distance of Patriot's Point. The rooms were comfortable.
- Very clean

- The immediate surroundings were not aesthetic.
- Toilet seat was extremely low
- Barking dogs across the hall until late in the night. Also a second chair to sit in.
