- The hotel was 2 mins from the wedding venue. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating.
- Pillows and bed
- We loved the proximity to everything, clean, hot breakfast options, nice staff including breakfast ladies, and other amenities!Bed was comfortable but the pillows were super soft; we asked for 3 firm pillows to be brought up and they were amazing!
Cons -
- Compared to other IHG hotels, this one was slightly outdated but clean overall. The beds at this location were so hard. When you sat down, it was like sitting on a piece of wood. The other IHG locations have medium beds. This location was EXTRA FIRM.
- Cleaning staff and breakfast
- Shower water pressure was almost non existing; need to work on that for it to be an overall perfect stay!
