Pros +
- Very friendly staff that accomodated all of our requests and have excellent information about area dining locations. The recommendations were spot on. The continental style breakfast was above average and made omelettes for my wife. She was a happy girl! The room was large, clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking with no issues at all. Upon my next trip to Charleston, I will be staying there again.

Cons -
- Maybe a restaurant on the premises?
- Not the property but the beds in the room are not comfortable at all mattress are too hard ther then that nice stay
- Price was pretty high for a pet. Children make a bigger mess than our dog.
