- Breakfast - what food that should have been hot or warm as still frozen. Nobody spoke English. Keys did not work in the door. Room had a weird layout. Bathroom, sink and shower were situated in a hall way. The switches to the lights were hidden.
- The waffle area could have been kept cleaner
