- Staff was great and very helpful! Breakfast really good for a hotel one!
- The staff and the cleanliness, helpfulness, just a gorgeous hotel for a Hampton Inn especially.
- The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. And, even though our room was next to the elevators and ice machine, we never noticed it.

- The fact that they don?t have a generator during a power outage and still allow people to check in no lights in the stairwells no hot water zero
