Good location. Quiet facilities.
I was expecting a breakfast as stated when booking. NO type of breakfast at all. That was a reason beside price that I selected this hotel.

The location was convenient. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bathroom was clean. There was no long wait to get our rooms.
I didn't like that there was no elevators there. I wish they had an elevator for my elderly Mom. Also, I wish there was breakfast like it was advertised online. My cousin and I came downstairs to see if the hotel was going to put some items out, but they didn't. If they would make those improvements, I would of given them a rating of 10 exceptional.

Location is good. My room was comfortable
Front desk was rude. When I went to my room I wasn't aware of not having any dishes in there when I had a full kitchen obviously. I was told to ask for the dishes. Then when I needed extra towels I was told I had to bring my dirty towels down to the front desk to get new ones. This was all not necessary for me to do all this extra work when I paid 200 for 2 nights. And I can't even get room service to handle these things. Please do better.

location is great
no spa, no gym, no pool. amenities advertised are innacurate.breakfast was one of the worst ive seen. oatmeal but no bowls or spoons? coffee, no dairy, all dry foods, no pasteries. beat.

The location was great for my needs. Not much else to like.
Room interior is old, worn out, and dark. No carpet in room was weird. Tub may have been clean but it just looked old and stained dirty. Low water pressure. Even the hallway to the room seemed old looking.. Wifi is just basic connection for email and internet, need to pay more for high speed wifi which was disappointing. Stayed for 5 days and no housekeeping the entire time.
