The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect and close to lots of restaurants, bars and parks. The gym has everything you need to get a good workout in. They offer plant based items for breakfast. Parking in the garage is the most affordable I've encountered...$7 night!
I wished we were able to get coffee during the day/evening at Refuel. I also wished there was a hot tub.

Very comfortable and accommodating and the location downtown is perfect. Simply walk out the front door to 5 or more restaurants as well as having its own lounge and restaurant.

Great place, amazing location for downtown stores restaurants and bars. Bar in hotel and staff was amazing. Rooms were very modern and clean.

The location was excellent, within walking distance to tons of good bars and restaurants. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Bed very comfortable. Room very clean. Quiet. Good location.
Room certainly was not large but was okay for one night. Set up of the hotel is confusing until you learn about it. Suggest some type of night light for the bathroom area.

Great location, easy, inexpensive parking and good sized rooms that were nicely appointed.
Only one elevator was working and apparently this has been an issue for a while. It was frustrating and gross being crammed in with the floor cleaning supplies including dirty buckets etc.

Great location and comfortable room
Only one elevator working which made for some long waits on a very busy weekend. Equipment breaks and nothing the hotel could do about it. Just a pain in the …….
