- This is my second visit to Microtel, and both times, the staff was very accommodating, I plan to stay there several times more in the future
- front desk clerk was AWESOME very friendly very helpful her name started with a M can?t get the spelling but she was great
- children friendly

- The breakfast use a little more variety

- We were locked in the room and could not leave. The staff could not open the door. They waited until the next morning to get someone to open the door. The bed was broken. We did not have any breakfast that was served.
