I think the only thing I didn’t like was that the pool didn’t look clean. Maybe it wasn’t available, I’m not sure, I didn’t ask. But other than that, everything was very good.

Easy parking. Great pool. Close access to the Main Street life and baseball game. We had a wonderful stay.

Within walking distance to downtown. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean.

Had to take a cold shower because the water never got hot/warm in our room.

My stay was exceptional! My son and I were checked-in by Julia who was not only awesome to us, but also with the couple who checked in before us. She was friendly, knowledgeable about the Greenville area, and very helpful. She was quick to come to my room when I couldn't get our A/C on. This particular room had recently had some renovations done, and the window unit was now controlled by a wall console. She also came down to the pool to assist in getting the gate opened. The opening mechanism was very well camouflaged, lol, as it took a combined effort and a few minutes from both of us to find it. Our room was clean. Breakfast was great. Breakfast staff was kind and kept items well-supplied. I even heard a staff member offer to make a quick plain omelet for a guest that was allergic to items in the omelets that were already made. Check-out staff the following morning was VERY pleasant as well. I didn't get names, but the gentleman that I believe may have been a manager, was so nice. While discussing the weather (overcast/rainstorms) we discovered we both experienced Hurricane Andrew in Miami in 1992, and had a interesting conversation along with the young lady helping at the desk. Even staff in the hallways were nice, greeting us as we passed. Just an enjoyable staff, all around! But especially JULIA! She deserves being recognized for her great customer service!! Will definitely stay at this location anytime I'm traveling through the area.
