Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Florence Civic Center By IHG

The staff was exceptional, as was the breakfast. The location is great, with plenty of parking and lots of good places to eat within a five to ten-minute drive.

Clean room

Got my room mixed up then went out for dinner when they found out they had messed up they was rushing me to get back to switch me to the right room .

Very nice facility with lovely decor. Everything spotlessly clean. Staff friendly and helpful. The room was a great size, nicely decorated, comfortable beds and spotless. Great breakfast too. Perfect location with restaurants nearby, a nice mall across the street, easy on and off the highway. Even a dog park.

I liked everything. But of course I wouldn’t mind a little bit lower price if possible.

Very nice clean hotel

I usually stay at Marriot Hotels, this was first time experience at Holiday Inn and it won't be my last!! Lovely , clean, friendly, had a great stay.

The location was great...right off the highway and surrounded by stores and restaurants. After a very long drive, we ordered dinner from the Mellow Mushroom and they delivered. The hotel itself is modern, clean and very comfortable. The beds were firm and they provided three different pillow comforts. Our hotel breakfast was very good, which is uncharacteristic for a hotel with breakfast included. My husband raved about the biscuits and gravy so I tried them (also uncharacteristic)...they were very good! The biscuits were outstanding! If we ever decide to take a road trip to Florida again, Holiday Inn Express Florence will be our half-way stop!

Overall the hotel was clean, friendly staff and in a good location near food and shopping

Great location. Clean. Decently priced

So close to highway, very clean, staff was very nice. Driving from NJ to Florida..perfect half way point. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Places very close to grab something to eat. Beds are very comfortable.
