Set within the grounds of the privately owned Plantation Edisto Championship Golf Course, this property is 5 minutes’ walk from Edisto Beach, based on unit location. The Wyndham Resort offers spacious suites with private balconies and free WiFi. All suites at Club Wyndham Ocean Ridge have full kitchen facilities and a washing machine. There is a TV and DVD player in every suite, and a luxury private bathroom. Guests can dine at Ella & Ollie's, where they use local ingredients and offer an ever-changing menu that is based off of season and availability. The resort also offers communal barbecue facilities. Explore Edisto Island on one of the Wyndham Ocean Resort’s rental bicycles, or play a fun round of mini-golf. The resort offers indoor and outdoor swimming pools and a children’s play area. Club Wyndham Ocean Ridge is a 1-hour drive from Charleston International Airport. Free on-site car parking is available.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of USD 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Please be advised the resort accommodations are spread throughout a large area with some units being closer to the beach than others. Distance to the beach can vary from a 5 to 10-minute walk. - The man who checked us in was very helpful!
Cons -
- They kept calling us nonstop, wanting us to do a 90 minute sales pitch on a week free vacation. We got at least six phone calls of them trying to push us to go there even though we told them I was sick in bed. That is literally the only complaint we have!
- Seemed to be getting dated
- When we got there we had no power, had to carry luggage up the stairs with no outside lights. The temperture inside the room never dropped below 75%.
