Yes. They gave me three different keys when I checked in and none of them worked. Later to find out “the door battery was dead”? The clerk had to let us in the room with a maintenance fob. Very inconvenient when we are trying to get in at 1am.

The staff was friendly. The breakfast served each day was great. This hotel is located close to restaurants and shopping.

The coffee is not strong enough to get me going in the morning. We had to go to Panera for that. We were disappointed that the pool had closed but understood why.

It was close to restaurants, shopping, and to our family who we were visiting in our hotel

The hot tub was not working. I was not given the room I had requested. I had to insist that they look for a handicapped room that could accommodate me as I am short and have hardware in my back. They said I should have called them for that .

The room we had was smelling, but the front desk put us in a very nice room in it's place.

I have stayed in many hotels in the US and overseas, best mattress ever.

Not enough chairs poolside. A little inconvenient to get fresh towels, and toilet paper.

The hotel was conveniently located to our venue. The staff was very helpful when I needed to use the business center. I am not tech savvy and the gentleman on duty made himself available for me. Our family really enjoyed the fitness center. Breakfast ¿

Easy distance to Greenville and family

Very low ( elementary school) height toilet. I'm 5'6 and my husband is 6'5. You need to update to adult low flow toilets. Also the shower is at a 7 plus level. Foot for people over 6' tall not at all for average people. Need a detachable wand

Air conditioner was loud. I had wished the breakfast was offered until 9:00.

Good location for my business trip. Outback Steak House right in front of the Hotel. I walked across the parking lot and had dinner both nights.

The hotel was quiet! We stayed on the first floor.

Updates at the hotel were very nice and noticeable

 the front desk and hotel employee  in the breakfast area gave us outstanding service. They should be commended for their kind and friendly service.
