- The staff, especially the lady that was her birthday the day of my check-in, she was extremely excellent
- Staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall good experience and environment.

- The breakfast didn't have much of a variety
- There were some loud guests but that was not the fault of the hotel. The rooms are outside and no elevators.
- The bathroom door, rubbing the toilet.
