booked a king room & ended up in a double queen room. Ceiling had major water damage. floors were dirty. table was broken. room extremely dated in need of renovation.

The room was not cleaned fully. There was a rusted penny stuck in between the coffee cups next to the coffee maker. The toilet was dirty, and the towels weren¿t big enough to wrap around my 6 year old.

It was convenient to get to during our trip & check in was fast & pleasant.

This is the worst hotel ever.

The room had mold on the ceiling black mold on the ceiling the showerhead rust buildup when someone didn¿t clean the shower. The bed headstands on the covering also stands on both sides of the mattress. The flowers has stands all over it.

Amenities offered on the website were nonfunctional. The pool was not usable. The front staff was rude. The breakfast was minimal¿waffles but no butter. The room had a moldy smell, the carpet was not clean. There was hair in the tub. Very small pillows.

It was well-run and the little things like the ice machine and vending areas and sporadic cleanings that depended on staff keeping it up were well-handled. Also generally quiet.

It has obviously been around a very long time (like a 1960s original) and loses a lot on curb appeal and first impressions. Repainting all paint-able surfaces might help.

A basic room. It was clean. Nice owner, very quiet room.

Too expensive for star rating and location, especially given the new COVID rules: no housekeeping, no breakfast, no gym, no pool, etc.

I paid for a Free breakfast for 2 people. The hotel decided not to serve anything due to COVID-19. I have stayed in 4 other hotels in the past week and at least got some prepackaged food in a bag for breakfast. I don't like paying for things not received.

Staff were wonderful, male staff were less personable but the ladies were all wonderful. Beds were surprisingly very comfortable

Walls in bathroom were filthy

We checked in with the hotel employee and she was awesome and very helpful. The ladies in the breakfast room were great too. There was another young woman the second day and she was great too. Beds were very comfortable.

The room itself was not very clean. The beds were fine, but there was mold in the bathroom and the bathroom walls were very dirty. I had a bath and all I could see were dirty walls.

The carpet in the rooms and very outdated. The toilet in my room started leaking very badly they had to move us. The next room, I kept finding little black bugs that looked like tiny roaches.

The coffee was good and the breakfast was decent. The staff was okay but that's where it ended.

The room smelled musty and was in dire need of renovations. Toilet paper holder broken off wall and outlets loose and some not working. Terrible location. Noise from car traffic and train horns woke me several times in the middle of night. Never again.

Clean rooms plus low rates

Location was hard to get in an out of the parking lot to any place. Outside of the hotel looked old and well dated.

The staff were AWESOME! We arrived at almost midnight before the 2017 eclipse, and there was a problem with our room. The staff on deck moved mountains to get us EXACTLY the room we hoped for! Our bed was comfortable, room quiet and we enjoyed our stay!
