The staff was very rude. And insisted that i smoke in the room. Which i did not. I needed to check back in. And that¿s when they told me this. And they wanted me to put cash deposit to the. Which i didn¿t have any money. And the refused to let me

Numerous broken features. I had not noted the 'wifi in public area' description regarding this place. The is sadly an accurate statement. There were lights flashing the entire night outside several parts of the facility. No breakfast.

It had a bed.

The room had a very strong musty smell. We went to the store and bought Lysol and fogged the place then went to supper, but it didn't help.

The list is long rude staff, didn't change sheets every day. People drinking in he halls. Did not feel safe there. Plus they charge additional fees over the prepaid amount, this hotel is off my list when traveling to Conway.

The hotel was overbooked so they didn¿t have a room for us. It was 10:30 at night and we had to scramble to find a room. They never called before hand to let us know that they didn¿t have a room. Poor customer service!!!

We¿re struggling to get our refund of over $500

Check in clerk was arrogant & rude to say the least. I would have FIRED HIM on the spot for his demeanor. Male, beard & moustache, glasses, medium height. Get rid of him

Good location, room was clean and well supplied. Bed was great. Good stay. We would probably stay here again if we return to Conway.

Elevator was slow. And if that was the worst thing about our stay then I would say it was a good stay.

It's quiet housekeepers were sweet and didn't rush us

Nothing. Couldn't sleep for the pot smoking and noise from people in the halls at all hours of the night.

Room not clean, carpet had lots of stains and was "crunchy" with crumbs? Bedspread was stained. The coffee maker was in the bathroom right next to the toilet instead of being kept on the room counter.Mold in the shower and orange?? on the wall. Extra fees

Roaches in the room and hallway. Strong marijuana smell and smoke down hallway. Room was dirty, walls severely scuffed, dirt and hair on floor, mini fridge had foul odor. We did not stay, we left and unable to receive a refund. We slept in our car.

We had three different rooms and they were all dirty the sheets were covered in stains and hair. The room was also crawling with roaches. We had 3 different rooms before deciding to leave.

THE SNACK MACHINE...

YES. EVERYTHING. THE STAFF WAS VERY RUDE NEVER AT THE FRONT DESK. TOWELS WE'RE DINGY LOOK NASTY, THE ROOM WAS CLEANED WHEN WE MADE IT, HAD TO WAIT ALMOST AN HOUR FOR A ROOM. IT WAS MORE OF AN APARTMENT BUILDING THAN A HOTEL.. NEVER AGAIN!

The elevator broke down and I had to climb up three flights of stairs and I¿m disabled

The walk in shower

No tub. Coffee sucked. Shower door leaked bad Shower attachments were coming out of the wall and not in a good way. Beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Curtains didn¿t keep the light out. Deadbolt on door didn¿t latch Breakfast was severely stupid

They accommodated us to change rooms after we found bed bugs.

The cleanliness of the rooms were poor. Found bed bugs in the bed, had them move us to a new room on another floor. Didn’t offer any compensation when asked.

The bathroom was pretty clean

I hate the fact that I was supposed to get a 2 beds In my room and all I got was 1 double bed for 4 people... My husband had to sleep on a pull sofa matress✅..., And the pullout Matress had blood stains or something on it... sorry

Although staff was pleasant and room was clean, you could hear everything that went on I side and out. Hotel needs carpet. Windows need replaced with more of a sound proof ability. Got zero sleep due to hearing everything that went on.

You could hear EVERYTHING from inside your room. No carpet made this hotel echo and loud.

Clean and the staff was very nice and helpful.

The breakfast was closed due to covid 19

The bed was comfortable and clean. The Wi-Fi worked very well

There was mold in the shower and the coffee was terrible
