Filthy dirty except the bed. Light switch on wall didn't work. TV didn't work.

When it was the conway inn there was roaches everywhere didn't see one this time

The staff and cleaning crew. They were fantastic. Very friendly and nice. The front desk staff was extremely nice ( except one). It was great to stay

There were roaches. There were holes in the wall and the bathroom door was busted and didn’t have a knob

No mini fridge in room no shampoo or conditioner no hair dryer microwave was broken had roaches

Absolutely, nothing absolutely disgusting

For starters, there was cockroaches in the room people outside smoking marijuana, drinking alcohol motorcycles. We did not even stay there. We checked out at 12:00 AM and drove home. It was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in in my entire life.

The front desk lady( Jennifer I believe) was super sweet and helpful, very kind and friendly

We booked 2 identical rooms, 1 had a microwave and mini fridge,1 did not, both were non smoking rooms, however, one non smoking room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, neither shower worked right, tub was kinda dirty there was no shampoo, conditioner ect, 1 thin blanket on each bed, we only stayed 1 night but the rooms were almost 90 a night for these conditions

Not much. It was absolutely the most unsafe I've ever felt at a motel. Locals asking for cigarettes cat calling standing outside all night being loud. Ceiling peeling smells so musty and like cigarettes in non-smoking. Very loud all night

Great location room was big and the room was nice n cool when we arrived the ppl was nice definitely going back soon

The towels had stains but I always take my own towels so I just use them for bath mats n the tv was too small for a big room but other than that I enjoyed my stay there definitely worth it

Construction on the third floor all day till late. Sketchy people in the stairways all night. Not a safe feeling at all.

Room looked like a 5 year old painted it. Toilet was loose and just sitting in place. Shower/tub was yellowed and dingy. Lock on door looked like someone kicked it in. AC was stuck on 60 degrees.

DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!!! Was given blood stained towels! We also didn’t receive a microwave or refrigerator as advertised to us. ALSO, the A/C flooded the room and damaged our valuable belongings. There was an infestation of bugs all through the property, and the owner was unwilling to compensate for the MAJOR ISSUES WE HAD. We could have been infected with someone else’s blood

The staff was amazing especially Miss Jennifer She's been extremely helpful I had an issue with a TV I had an issue with my card she always went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with my stay. The owner I think her name was Miss Mattel very nice lady and was extremely helpful even when booking messed up my reservation they went above and beyond to fix it. And they let me park my boat free of charge in the parking lot during my stay

Nothing on the hotels part. I'm unhappy with the service from booking.com though

Once again my stay at Motel 6 Conway was absolutely exceptional. Zero complaints staff was extremely helpful as always very nice welcoming office and room bad is comfortable everything works very clean and quiet my regular stay when I come to Conway from now on

Staff was nice

Beds were old and uncomfortable. Had stains all over mattress. Bathroom door was not there which is no big deal but the hinges were still on the door frame with the screws sticking out of them. I cut my back on it. Would never stay there again. It was a rush deal to get a room for the night and I should have went somewhere else.

It was convenient to coffee shops and restaurants

Holes in the walls no door knob in bathroom tissue placed in the holes desks clerk wasn’t even on property at check in time had to wait additional 20 min after waiting the first time for service .
