Suburban Studios at the University

The staff was very friendly at the front desk and very accomodating. The room was affordable and very clean. It was very quiet and there was a microwave, stove and refrigerator plus many amenities.

The location was not the greatest. The hotel needs better signage especially if you are a first time visitor. I was 1 hour late trying to find it. Also access from the road and within the confines of the surrounding area was very difficult.

Walk to Mexican restaurant

Bath room floor soft and could step thru next to the tub; tub was slick and big step in and out.

The location

The room was dirty. Towels were dirty. The floor seemed to be crooked. The shower seemed like the bottom was going to fall through.

The room smelled, and it had roaches, and all kind of bugs got put in 2 room both had bugs.

Absolutely nothing

The customer service by a man at the front desk was by far the worst experience I have ever had. When I arrived he allowed people to cut me in the line. When I spoke up that I was here first I was ignored then when I advised I would.

Location Room rate

Breakfast hours are 6:00a to 9:00a and will not allow you to take food out of the dining area. Meaning you can not take food back to your room. I was checking out after almost a month and they refused to allow me take a Danish with me as I left.

Free breakfast was very good. Love to not pay for coffee and a bagel!!

Not the best kept up, needed more cosmetic things repaired.

They had excellent breakfast and I really enjoyed that, But other than that there wasn¿t anything else that I liked about the hotel, I just didn¿t feel like it looked the same was as it did on the pictures when I booked it, I wasn¿t pleased at all.

Yes it didn¿t look the same way as it did when I seen the pictures and it wasn¿t cleaned, had holes in my sheets and floor was nasty. It said they gad a pool and they did but with no water inside the hotel was just so nasty and I wasn¿t satisfied.

Nothing it's a scam

Was arrested for disorderly conduct that was a scam. Booked 3 nights didn't stay at all. 100 cash deposit for room not returned. Items were stolen. Worst experience.

Easy access. Quick and friendly check-in.

The bed mattresses. Lumpy. One was very saggy. Had 2 queens. Good thing. I couldn't sleep comfortably in one of them.

Breakfast

The subfloor failed in several spots where the floor sunk down when stepped on. This was very dangerous.

The location is great. In walking distance of various shops and restaurants.

It is very dated. Needs to be renovated properly.

Room was clean and served it's purpose. I was there with my daughter for a softball tournament and the room was clean and quiet. Didn't spend much time there, but for sleeping and showering it was great.

Hallways a little musty.

Did not looked well maintained. Almost looked like a different hotel from what was in photos. Check out same day of check in.

The staff was great!! The room looked just like on the pictures. Breakfast was good and we will be coming back. I like that the kitchen in the room was super nice.

The people above us were loud at some points. The water could have been a little hotter in the shower.

Nothing much.

The room was basically lipstick on a pig. Walls were scuffed up and dirty, door didn¿t latch 100%, door had splatter (resembled blood), fridge was rusted, microwave was rusted, floor was spongy in places, all corners had piles of dirt/dust.

landscaping was very nice.

Floor in room was very soft and sinking in several places. At first, I thought I was going to fall through. There were gnats and several flies in the room.

Very dirty and what was on there advertise was not true. I took pictures of some gross things in room and ice machine

The friendly staff, the view is so amazing, the rooms are very clean, the beds are very comfortable..

Nothing really

Incorrect directions from clerk, room was okay. found bug in bathroom after taking shower, found spider crawling on bed, changing of bedding was only once and they could not accommodate me to have the bedding changed.
