the beds were great and so were the pillows, I would like to know where to buy the mattress used in the hotel

Clean, and right next to the bowling alley.

They did not bring fresh towels, no trash bags in trash cans. No service after we checked in whatsoever.

The room was huge. Front desk staff, amazing. I?d stay here again in a heartbeat.

upon check in the desk informed guests, with a generic copy of a notice and verbally, stating construction will impact the water for the hotel tomorrow morning " for an hour, maybe two, we don't know," and when pressed for knowing how to navigate our stay with questions the comments from the desk staff was to " take your shower before bed instead of in the morning".I immediately took a stand replying that their response was unprofessional and expected a discount on my costs. At which the climate of conversation changed from a " ah shucks folks" to a defensive stance. This event spread throughout the hotel among guests during the evening and it did not improve our experience. Fairfield Inn Conway S.C. front line staff needs professional help.

We were there for four days and every day there was different options for breakfast and they were wonderful. The dining room was clean and decorated beautifully. Everyone was kind and friendly. I loved the hot chocolate bar. So perfect for this time of year.

If I had to pick something that I did not like I would say the pillows were a little too soft fory preference and the mattress was too firm. Other than that our room was wonderful and clean.

The location is only 19 minutes from downtown Myrtle Beach. With this being my second time booking a room with Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites, I am thrilled. Beautiful facility.

Comfortable bed; good breakfast. Staff friendly and knowledgeable about places to eat nearby and downtown.

Shower door did not meet the wall. Water got all over the bathroom floor.

Ample, well-lit parking! Easy on/off main road! Very clean!

TV channels/wi-fi skipped / lagged a bit, but manageable

A lot of construction in front of the hotel, so made a lot of traffic and waiting

Pretty much everything, with the exception of the tiny bowls mentioned below.

The bowls were too small for oatmeal and not having the ability of having access to the microwave was inconvenient. The friendly staff was very accommodating with warming up my food, however it gets pretty busy and I don’t like to constantly asks for assistance when it’s something simple that I can do.

The most genuine, caring, friendly and attentive staff I have had in a long time. Beautiful and organized lobby and food facilities area.

Indoor pool would be lovely too. The view to the parking lots is not my favorite since but blackout curtains were great for sleeping comfortably and safely. The A/C noisy in the room.

Breakfast was fine. Hotel was in great location.

Room air conditioner was very loud, sounded like a water fall every time it kicked on. Glass cups are much nicer than plastic. And there was no clock in the room.

The property was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would gladly stay here again!

There was a pair of dirty pants left behind the chair I originally thought they were my sons then found out they weren’t so had to been left behind from previous, which leads me to believe room did not get as clean as I would have preferred. But since we did not realize this until later did not complain.. could have just been overlooked, they were behind a chair on the floor

Very clean and attractive hotel with an outdoor pool. This hotel is brand new, right across the street from Coastal Carolina. Breakfast was okay and the rooms are nice sized with a large TV. Loved it, very comfy.
