Comfort Suites At The University

The tin was dirty and would not drain. The sink would not drain and one of the walls on the bathroom looked like it was under construction. There was a hair on the bed. Overall not a good experience for spending $---per night in the hotel.

Very dirty hotel and room. Carpet badly needs to be replaced in hallway. Hotel smells musty.

Hotel employees were wonderful and helpful.

The hotel was dirty, smelly and just gross.

The hotel is older, which is fine. It has a weird smell. The first room that we were given, had hair all over the bathroom floor and the tub wasn?t clean. They gave us a second room and in that room, a cockroach crawled across the bed! We did not stay.

The room smelled REALLY bad. It smelled like mildew/moldy. The curtains were really mildewy and dirty and had holes in them. The light fixtures in the bathroom had several inches of dirt/dust/debris in them. Overall, just really gross.

Size of room

Felt dirty. Door locks broken. Screws out on door locked. Water proofing in bathtubs/ shower was gone- mold?

Large room, nice staff, convenient location

VERY small bathroom, seasonal pool (closed), less than spectacular breakfast

Close to Universty

Entrance/exit only could travel east on 501.

The front desk switched me from the first floor to the third floor upon my request. I really appreciated the flexibility.

I don't have anything bad to tell about the hotel

I ask for a Handicap room and the room that I have didn't have a bathroom for a Handicap person,no shower and the tub didn't have bars on wall, my husband have a lot of problems taking a shower,is a good hotel, but not for handicap

Clean room, clean fresh scent, free breakfast that included waffle and eggs.

Hotel needs more lighting at night to illuminate the turn into the driveway entering the hotel. In the handicap assessable room 108 the grab bar in the bathroom needs to be longer. TV listing did not match television channels.

It was clean with a good sized room.

The breakfast consisted of what seemed like fake scrambled eggs and fake sausage. The management should definitely consider upgrading this as it would go a long ways to upgrade everyone's experience there.

Central location. Not far from beach. Shopping close by

Night manager could have been little more personable

Location to Coastal Carolina & good rate

Not very updated and woke up in middle of night with chirping sound from some kind of alarm/had to switch rooms

Checked in late-Hostess sleeping behind the desk with blanket. My information was not correct in the system and not corrected once shown. The carpets were black and dirty. Maid staff were nice. The beds were comfy/properly made. Dated furniture/bathrooms

Dated and extremely small bathroom. Dirty walls and floors everywhere outside of the lobby and breakfast area. Office chair in room was missing 60 percent of the pleather. Couch was soiled on the front. Floor tile in elevator broken.

Clean and quiet and great breakfast

Location was great for where we needed to be

Room was dated and had a distinct oder. Bought air fresher but didn¿t help much. Bathroom definitely dated with some rust on door fixtures and tv wasn¿t HD.

Good location, courteous staff, spacious rooms.

Floor was sticky, reported to front desk, but still the same.

Nice room with good location. A breakfast was included which helps offset the high price of hotels in this area.

Location and Cleanliness. Friendly Staff and comfortable Bed. Overall great value for the money. Free Breakfast! Nice!

Small swimming pool.
