No pool and no breakfast

My lady got bit by a spider. We was there less than a hour and only being refunded $11 dollars instead of the full amount. That?s unfair.

It was dirty! The bed felt like a plank of wood! I tossed and turned all night and got no sleep! For $--- this was terrible! This should be a $30 hotel at most! No detail cleaning at all. I opened the bed side drawer and it was full of dirt!

The staff is incredibly friendly. The rooms are larger and much nicer than expected with Very comfortable beds. Entire property was clean and quiet. Easy access to all of Charleston.

The front desk staff is awesome! Clean place, great yard man and housekeepers!! Keep up the good work!!

No Phone, or toilet paper, stove, but didn't offer pots, need a phone if there going to turn of card key at check out time. Guest have know way to ask for more time.

It was convenient. It is located close to where I was working at for about 2 weeks.

It’s your basic extended stay hotel with kitchens. The free wifi only lets you connect 1 device. I have a computer, phone and tablet. So had to pay to be able to all of them to connect.

Clean room staff was friendly. As the week progressed the hallways and back door ways became filthy with ppl tracking dirt and mud thru hallways.

Did not like seeing animals being walked by their owners in the hallways bc I m allergic to fleas

The hotel was clean and in a great location

I don't think the internet site explained the hotel as well. was not what I expected but it was reasonable and clean.

I was able to book the hotel online, but when I arrived, the front desk clerk told me there were no rooms available. I don't understand how that happened. I was extremely displeased, as I was tired and ready to settle into my hotel room.

It is an older unit, furniture is low value but clean. Staff did everything to accommodate the mix up in room. This motel is for workers who need a bed to sleep while working out if town. I was a little unsure about safety but no issues.

room was dated and old but clean. Safety felt questionable but no issues. Some rooms or floors were smoking (awful smell) but we stayed in nonsmoking, you could still smell the smoke.Very little shampoo and conditioner. Basically you get a clean bed/towel
