The staff is friendly. Location was perfect.

The location is excellent (except for the rooms that overlook a busy street and which are not soundproofed from the noise). The beds are awesome. Breakfast was quite OK for american standards - for European standards, it was so so.

My colleague's credit card was charged in advance with an amount considerably bigger than the total price. The staff did little to nothing to resolve this issue. My credit card had seen several smaller charges. Even to this day they are still listed as "on hold" even though my stay has finished 3 days ago and the bill has been paid by a separate balance payment. (It almost seems like Marriott and/or the hotel are making some money operations in the background.) The front desk staff could not explain the bill. All of the above is UNACCEPTABLE.Also, room service did not vacuum clean the floor. The room could not be properly ventilated to get fresh air. The air conditioning machine is very loud and its connections to outside are not soundproofed. Therefore, outside traffic noise penetrated loudly into the room.Two days into our stay, the WiFi service stopped working. On our first report to the staff the issue did not get fixed. After another day and half, on my second request, an IT member called to my room and we resolved the issue in 10 minutes.

The room was spacious and comfortable. We loved the location as it was close to so many restaurants and was a publix next door. The heated pool was fantastic and the customer service was great .

The bathroom doors were awkward and didn’t lock.

The staff were all so please. The breakfast was delicious and lots of healthy choices. The shower was the most amazing of my life. Bed was very comfortable. We liked the layout of the suite. Terrific!

Great location for food and entertainment

Bed was uncomfortable and slanted to the side. Air conditioner thermostat on the wall didn't work, had to turn it on at the wall unit, still didn't cool very well I was at the end next to a storage closet and something was making noise in there all nigh

The location was good, that is about it.

The front desk was not helpful. I was having trouble with my my booking.com check in because my name was spelled wrong and was told, "I don't know what to tell you, I guess you need to call booking.com." They told me to step aside instead of helping me. The shower leaked all over the flood and having the restroom separate from the shower is weird.The bed was uncomfortable.There was trash in the hallway and elevator.

I like the room. Over all experience was good. Room was very clean, quite.

The pool was closed and I was looking forward to swimming.

No towels, wash cloths, shower door didn’t work, no ice in the ice machine!! This is ridiculous for a TOP NOTCH hotel!

Very friendly staff. Excellent location. Great breakfast.

Bathroom and shower layouts. With closet mirror placement and shower room doors closed as much as it could close ones could still see inside. With sheer paneled doors when lights are on one it’s so bright it disrupts others sleeping. The pullout couch has a huge stain. Yuck! The pool was good but needs an update and cleaning.
