The staff was terrible. I am allergic to feather pillows and they told me that they did not have any and that the pillowcases were hypoallergenic, and it would not affect me and that’s a lie the host was very rude

The receptionists were very nice. The hotel was nice and clean.

The floors in the room was nice floors, but felt slimy lick they mop it with dirty water. Had to keep something on my feet. I turn off my TV when I left. Came back in my room, the TV didn't come back on. I complained about it . Had to fix it myself.

Big comfortable beds, huge TV, and exceptional breakfast

Nothing. The theft negated everything which is the reason for the poor rating. Someone also gained entry inside of my vehicle as well which is so sad. I never expected that to occur at that particular hotel. I won't book there ever again.

I do not like the fact that my items were stolen out of my room when I returned. I reported it to no avail. No call back whatsoever. Disappointed.

The location was great, pretty much everything I was needing, or wanting was close by. The beds were comfortable and the room, and bathroom were extremely spacious.

There are no microwaves in the room, we had go to the lobby (from 3rd floor) to use the lobby microwave. The blinds were electric and broken so I had no natural light & couldn't admire my Lake view. The 1 elevator that works smelled bad.

Location was where I wanted to be and pricing was a huge plus.

The elevator was down and I stayed on the third floor.

The elevator smelled like sweat and my room walls had Sheetrock putty on the walls that was unpainted. The bed was very uncomfortable.

The room was clean

The breakfast was not good, and couldn't drink the coffee.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was varied and well supplied, parking was good

The elevators were broken and the ac made a loud squealing sound all night.

Room starting to show it's age: loose flooring, peeling wallpaper, etc. Just needs a little updating.

The location of the hotel was very convenient for our needs. The room, although minimal, was laid out wel, the shower pressure was excellent and the room had a 56" television which seemed larger due to the room layout. A basic breakfast was included.

The overall cleanliness of the hotel was horrible. There was accumulated trash in the hallway and the front of the hotel. The towels smelled like mildew. The channel lineup included HGTV and Food Network, however, both these channels were scrambled.

Location

The room smelled like bleach but it was obvious the floor had not been rinsed once mopped with bleach.

The location and staff were perfect! We had an issue with the room and the front desk receptionist didn¿t hesitate to fix it quickly!

Our first room we were assigned was absolutely disgusting. Sheets looked like they were never washed. Both beds had trash all in them. Room smelled unclean as well. Our second room we were assigned was a little cleaner but not up to the TRU standards.

Staff was friendly.

HVAC fan was noisy. The only light near the bed didn¿t work.

Cost and location

Able to hear the guests in the next room over talking. Room service did not check to see if the room needed fresh towels or tidy up during the stay. A/C-heat unit was very loud.

Clean, great location, nice room

Counter staff were on their personal phone. Coffee downstairs was cold, no hot water for tea.

The hotel was beautiful and clean, my son and I was in town for a soccer tournament and we stay there.

Just the pillow case had a funny smell, it might be the laundry soap they use or something. Thank you.

Rooms were clean quite and the guy at the front desk very friendly and helpful. I love his spirit ¿¿ be back very soon. The breakfast was hot and delicious
