Al llegar al hotel tuve un inconveniente con mi reservación pero el manager del hotel me ayudó me dieron una habitación grande y cómoda los trabajadores son muy educado y tuve una experiencia muy agradable lo recomiendo y el desayuno excelente

Rooms are clean and functional. Hotel staff is helpful, friendly, and professional.

Hotel employee was so helpful and friendly. He always had a smile on his face. He answered all of our questions. He suggested places to eat. Overall, our stay at this hotel was excellent. We will definitely be back and can?t wait to see him again.

Huge suite easily accommodating all 6 of us

It really is minor compared to the wonderful experience we had there, but when we went to breakfast about 8:10 am (closes at 9) there were no forks left, and no syrup for the waffles. Also, the breakfast sandwiches looked amazing, but the bread was hard.

Location

There are no rooms that are pet free. Unfortunately our room smelled bad. The chemicals they used to try to mask the odor is very strong. Would recommend Hotel have pet free rooms for people who don¿t want to be exposed to those odors.

The room is very clean and spacious. Plenty of space for working, full refrigerator, microwave, and induction cooking. It was very comfortable.

We loved the location. It had plenty of food places and wasn't far from shopping. We will stay here again.

The paper towels were low and there wasn't any left in the room to replace. Housekeeping is forgetful. Breakfast was cold.

The hotel is behind a Dunkin¿ Donuts -the pool was out of service and also in the parking lot. The hotel is next to what looks like an abandoned hotel

Just the pool not being up-the kids were disappointed

This is my second stay at this hotel in a years time and I¿ll be back. The facility is clean¿I mean CLEAN! The front desk hostess are very polite, no matter the time of day. Housekeeping is very nice and courteous.

Breakfast was great. Staff was pleasant. Room was fantastic. Hotel had giant size games for the kids to play and was very clean. Toiletries were amazing, had to google and buy some for myself!

Nothing to do with the hotel itself, just the people in the room above us.

They studio was very comfortable and clean.

The toilet flusher was broken.

Location and amenities

Upon checking in, requested a room with a bathtub to accommodate my 5 year old. Receptionist assured me one was in t/bathroom; however, it did not have a tub. Didn¿t have hot water. Had 2 request maintenance 2 turn on hot water.
