Hotel Trundle

Great customer service. The hotel is in a great location with Main Street attractions. The rooms are super clean with modern decor and furnishings. Very comfortable stay.

The decor is so beautiful and interesting. It doesn?t feel like a rigid standard hotel room, but more like you are a guest in a beautifully decorated home.

The bathroom had A LOT to be desired. I would not return based on this alone.

Location (proximity to our event), onsite parking (paid), accessible, clean, welcome drink available on check in day (at check in or later if you like), room amenities (microwave, refrigerator, safe, work space, robes & slippers, iron, blow dryer), spacious.

At check in front desk clerk announced my room number when asking if it was acceptable. For security reasons, asking if an upper level room is okay would have been a better way to do this rather than saying the number. I was an inch from asking for a different room as a result. Breakfast is continental…if you want to grab a coffee and a bagel on the go.

Area a bit questionable. Man hiding near parking lot smoking pot. Concerned about our car but everything turned out ok

We had a problem with toilet flush. Attempted resolution but remained. Upgraded to a suite for a night. Very lovely. Staff apologetic and accommodating.

The staff at the hotel were very courteous. Breakfast was delicious and hotel overall was clean and in a great quiet location

The water pressure in the sink was really low making it difficult to wash hands and brush teeth

What stood out most at Hotel Trundle was the incredible customer service and the genuinely friendly staff. They go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and right at home. The vibe is relaxed but stylish, and the décor and furniture give the hotel a unique, boutique feel with so much personality! It all comes together to create a really memorable stay. It’s one of those places where you instantly feel comfortable.

The only thing I did not like was that I could not stay longer!

Very cool and eclectic vibe. The beds were extremely comfortable. The staff were very friendly and the food and drinks were exceptional! Will definitely stay again.

Lovely boutique hotel with sumptuously appointed rooms. Right in the center of all downtown attractions and restaurants, and across from the art museum. Will definitely be back!

I thought it was unusual.

There were not any eggs, bacon and sausage. The food selection was odd but that could just be my opinion. $18 to park was ridiculous, parking should be at no charge for your guests.

Clean, super comfy. Great location. Many music and food options within a couple blocks in either direction. Coffee is really good. Beer or wine at check-in is nice touch.

Shower heads and water pressure is sub-par. Breakfast is a slider biscuit with a chicken nugget. and a couple pastries. Breakfast never changes so if you stay more than one night, look around town for something more appropriate for breakfast.

Staff was so friendly when we checked in gave us snacks and a complimentary beer or wine. Rooms were super clean, breakfast was so yummy and the robes and slippers in room were such a nice touch! We will definitely be staying again such a great hotel

I got to the hotel early and wasn’t feeling well. They let us check in early and made sure to follow up to see if I was doing better
