Gallus Stadium Park Inn, an Ascend Collection Hotel

It’s a non smoking room that smelled like smoke with burns on the bed covers. No tissue dirty bathroom

Uncaring staff, Room walls had holes in them. Looked very dated. Not great location.

Dirty, no breakfast, run down, poor parking. Not even close to the 2.5 stars advertised.

Nothing didn't stay. Left after seeing room.

Very dirty and there was someone in my room at first had to get another but again very dirty didn't stay after checking in.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Pictures don't match run down they gave me a room that someone was in and walked in on. Friends room stained and bugs. This place is a scam and possibly more dangerous for safety.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great coffee. The room had a Keurig machine with four K-cups of good coffee brands. I was very impressed.

For some reason, the bathroom did not have tissue paper. Someone must have cleaned it in a hurry and forgot to replace it.

Literally nothing it was a dive

Dirty room, rude employees, there was no toilet paper or towels and I called twice to get some and didnt receive them, had to go down to the office to wait for them, there was stains and dirty marks all over the walls and floors.

Location was convenient to downtown and had free parking

No black out curtains, train noise, warm water was short lived and not that warm, bathroom lighted mirror merely flickered so it was hard to see and shave, breakfast was a joke!! I was repulsed and never plan on going back!!!

Very nice place to spend the night. It was very quiet. Very clean. Check in and check out. Were awesome everything is great. I definitely recommend this place and I give it a 10 surplus.

Poorly maintained I fixed the toilet so that it would flush No breakfast even though we selected a hotel with free breakfast and oaid for our room with option included

My sheets were not changed for 3 days. The towel I used on the second day of my stay was the same till I had to call and request 2 days later.

Looks nice, but not impressed at all. No breakfast. thin walls. Pig with lipstick on.

I don't like expecting breakfast to be included and only having stale bread and cereal offered.

Front desk staff could have been a lot more professional. My room felt like daylight due to the huge light outside. I dare not ask for a room switch. Carpet was dirty outdated interior with photo copy/handmade signs. I would have cancelled if I could.

After 30 yrs in the hospitality industry, this is first time front clerks(managers) did not get up out of their chair to converse with guest!! No working refrigerator 1 1/ days in¿¿

Everything else was terrible. The description and pictures are not the reality here. The hotel is very dirty, I didn't even have shower doors, and my room reeked of cigarettes, no air conditioning in lobby or hallways. Horrible experience

The Staff was extremely nice.

Hotel is right next to a railroad so be aware. Also, there was an outside event the night we stayed up that kept us awake for hours.

As our original room wasn¿t ready and still dirty, the staff was good at accommodating us by giving us a room that was ready.

Our room was not ready (no towels and not clean from the previous guest.

Old building with a paint job that initially fools you. I arrived late to a sign that said ¿ Had to step away, please call (front desk #)¿ Called about 6 times, no answer. 15 minutes later finally greeted by a huge cloud of ¿skunk weed¿ and a ¿What¿s up?¿
