All was familiar as I have stayed there before?especially the adjacent garage.
The staff were extremely welcoming! The furniture in the lobby, especially the couches, were super comfortable! Cool vibe all around.
The hotel was nice and was in walking distance to the place we wanted to go. The lady at the front desk was super nice and even gave me a bag of treats for my dog! The room was spacious and clean. And the lounge area downstairs was welcoming.

Cons -

My room was on a corner and I could see directly into another room which was at a 90 degree angle. So just pulled down the shade. It would also, as a senior citizen, been useful to have had a hand bar on the wall next to the toilet.
Unfortunately they ran out of regular coffee pods for the guest room coffee makers. They did have complimentary coffee in the lobby.

Had a long weekend , it was nice not to rush for check out . Noon was check out and that is +

The hotel did not have parking space. Take the chance of parking on the street.

I loved the location of the hotel, and also would recommend getting a city view. I didnt have any complaints except noise complaints from above my room. The hotel is beautiful.

Staff, location, and modern design are a plus.

The shower didn't have a shelf nor are there towel bars. When using the bathroom while others are sleeping, it's impossible to keep the light from filtering through to the bed area.

Staff was friendly and it had plenty of places of places to sit in the bar and lobby.

Turning the light on for the bathroom leaked plenty of light into the sleeping area and there were too few places to place or hang towels in the bathroom.

The hotel was beautiful and well kept, the staff was courteous and very attentive to guest needs, and the location was excellent if you wanted to check out restaurants and see sites. Also, parking is free on the street from 5pm to 9am the following day.

Upscale atmosphere without the upscale price. Not the usual boring hotel chain design. Fun and energetic vibes in room and lobby!

Location

Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. My back was killing me day 3. Not sound proof. Could hear neighbor cell phone ringing, hallway noise. The pillows where very flat with no support. Very limited food offerings. Would not go back.

Easy to get in and out of. Easy to find.

It was not clean. The elevator smelled disgusting and the beds were not changed; they smelled like the perfume of the previous occupant.

Concierge staff was friendly. Location was nice, easy walking to everywhere downtown.

Housekeeping was terrible, did not replace items one day, and did not come at all another day. Keycards stopped working both days mid-day.
