Some staff seemed to not want to be bothered. Floor in room was sticky. Toilet constantly ran and was very loud. Small bag of doritos was $4.75 (usually $1.79 in store). Keys wouldnt work after one use.

Bathtub was clogged and even though it was reported, service team didn't even care. It's really a bad experience.

I always book here.

It was nice, room was clean

Odor in the room, smelled as if the floor was mopped with a dirty mop. I purchased some Pinesol cleaner and mopped the floor with the towels in the bathroom. The floor was very dirty, towel was black when I finished, but the room smelled so much better.

The beds were comfortable.

1. Not enough towels for 2 people 2. breakfast available indicated on website, but not on the website is that it is at an additional cost (felt like bait and switch)

Everything was really nice and comfortable aside from the 3 items noted otherwise.

1. The shower flooring is water damaged and most likely has mold growing. 2. The light above the coffee maker continuously flicked whenever on. 3. The baseboard area located to the left of the floor lamp has what looks like fitted wood.

Location was great

Rooms were nasty I had to switch rooms because of molded urine spots on bed and when I got a new room the blankets had juice spots on them

Excellent shower and linens and front desk staff is AAAAA+++++ for letting me check in at 9:30 AM after a red-eye from LAX. I could not wait to say thank you and bravo for such a great place to stay!

The bed is soft: I'm not sure if it's adjustable or not, but if you are a fan of soft mattresses, you will love this. If you are not...one night won't kill you.

the fire alarm system was showing several troubles that had not been resolved. Also there was no microwave in the room.

The vicinity was good.

The room smelled of bleach upon entering. The floor in the bathroom had a leak. The door to the refrigerator cabinet was broken. I hit my leg on it twice. The chair was stained. The vanity looked like it was broken and was in need of a repair.

I feel that microwave should be in the rooms.

People were nice the couple times we spoke with them. The room was clran and well maintained. The continental breakfast was Grab&Go large muffins and coffee but thats what we needed to start the day.

I appreciated the two bottles of water in my room and how clean my room was

The tall well-dressed gentleman on the night that I checked in was not taking his job at the front desk seriously. (needs training). The morning staff were good. The free breakfast is a joke. Bath soap dispenser in the shower area missing.

Bathroom floor was leaking with toilet water every time you flushed it (Room 416). I went and informed the tall well dressed gentleman at the front desk and he just did not care. No apologies, he did not even take it seriously as to how unhygienic it is.

My original assigned room-the toilet wouldn't flush. I had to pack up all my the belongings, lug them to the front desk to get another room key. ( Attendant couldn't couldn't leave the front desk) The second room had a toilet wash pressure problem.

Cleanliness, smelled liked mold. Rooms not clean. Moved twice due to AC not working.

Soft bed

No trash can in bathroom to dispose of women personal items. No extra tissue was at hand and I actually ran out.

No pool, even though they said they did. No breakfast, even though they said they had it. Issues with the room checking in.

This hotel is over-rated. The toilet in our room was not operable and I complained but the toilet was still not working properly. Me and my two babies used the restroom in the lobby. There was some type of altercation, I wanted to leave the Hotel
