dirty, outdated, smelled like marijuana

Location

Cleanliness Smelled like smoke. Dirty floors in room. No breakfast though it was advertised to have breakfast. One day didn?t even have coffee. No point in having a kitchen if there is no cookware, plates etc

There was a gated area for dogs

It was disgusting! The room smelled awful, it was not well cleaned, the bathroom was outdated, the fridge and microwave were dirty, and there were ROACHES!!

Roaches and dirty tub, no hangers, no complimentary tools in kitchen

That it had a kitchen and a full-size fridge

There are no elevators in this hotel. They did not have any more accommodation for handicap and as a result, I had to get somebody to carry my luggage to my room on the second floor. They also seemed to have a problem with my dog.

Staff were nice and available

Broken lock, toilet paper holder, towel bar, paint splatter on the floor in bathroom, rust on range vent drawers on dresser and in kitchen broken

There were no sheets for the Murphy bed and only one towel. No utensils and breakfast was a joke

Checking out

Crackheads on the corner. Not 24/7 help as listed! Lower rooms were in basement and weird setting. Had issue with other guests watching my room from hallway and just STARING as tho they were paranoid/ high but I was treated like something was wrong w/ me

Door wouldn¿t lock, no desk, fan didn¿t work, couldn¿t use the stove, no luggage cart

Location and staff

Outdated, room smelled of smoke even though non smoking. Tears in furniture and stains on carpet in hallways.

The price

Room very dirty. Bath tub didn't work. Cable and internet very poor.

Staff was helpful. Laundry facilities was clean.

Room was suppose to be a deluxe with sofa sleeper. The sleeper had been removed.

Front desk was very nice. Price was decent.

Room was old and outdated. There was a roach. Carpet was old and not vacuumed. Not a very good location as there was only a gas station and a Waffle House in walking distance.

Staff was excellent and very accommodating.

First off, the room had a weird smoking marijuana smell to it. Jerome wasn¿t that clean including the stains on the bathroom sink. The loud dog barking in the hallways. The sketchy man walking throughout the hallways and the weed smell throughout the hall

Our stove only had one knob, we couldn't use the microwave because it almost blew when I placed a sandwich in it. Couldn't watch the TV the first day and a half because of some type of issues with the cable. Front desk very nonchalant and didn't help

The location

Smoke alarm wasn't there, bathroom faucet leaked, bed had a big gap in it, and the room was really old with nothing updated. Can't even get a newer lamp? Really!?

The room was not clean at all. The towels were dirty and still had hair on them. Went to the desk to ask for more towels and when I got them they had hair on them too! Honestly didn't want to sleep in the bed looking at how poor they cleaned everything.

This hotel is a total dump! The room was disgusting and the ONLY reason we stayed is that we had our dog with us and it was really late in the evening. Dirty carpeting lots of random stains on the walls & water wouldn't turn off. Totally gross!

The location

the sofa sleeper chair was was pulled out in stuck position and the room uncleaned. I called the front desk and told him,all he said was he could refund me. But I declined and stayed. But I ended up checking out at 6am bc roaches in the room.¿¿

Did not stay at the location provided, had to pay for another hotel all together. Hotel was DIRTY, DANGEROUS, and the staff was so unfriendly and not even apologetic. We were shown a total of 4 rooms, 2 of which had roaches, all disgusting

I didn’t like anything, it was disgusting
