Good breakfast and choice of items. Renovated room with comfortable bed.Very clean overall.
Hot water on 5th floor not hot enough.

Rooms are clean and newly renovated. Great location and excellent value. I was greeted and checked in by Bilyana. She was very courteous and helpful-even offering suggestions for dining and entertainment nearby.
Nothing negative to say.

Location was decent. Staff was kind and helpful.
Renovations being done so it isn’t like the picture— yet. Room service comes to your door an hour prior to checkout which I disliked.

Breakfast included eggs, fresh fruit, bagels, and sausage patties. Room was clean. I had a problem with my fridge not working, but the front desk lady just switched me to another room. Shower water was hot

The staff members were very friendly and courteous. The location was great.
This hotel really needs a facelift. It was pretty shabby. Wallpaper coming off the walls. Spills in the hallways. Old mattresses with springs that creaked when you rolled over at night. I would not stay here again.

The breakfast was one of the better ones. We had a good night of sleeping hardly any outside noise very peaceful..
It would have been nice to see a TV channel guide. A list of restaurants would have been good. The walking area for dogs was disappointing.
