Location, comfort, room space, gym. All were perfect, and staff was very friendly

Staff was absolutely wonderful and friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Excellent location, convenient shuttle. It was immaculate and the beds were so comfortable all 3 rooms of our party wanted them at home. It has everything you need from a bar, food and Starbucks .

Location is perfect for visiting USC. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Every single employee from the cleaning lady, evening bar tenders, morning breakfast staff and front desk personnel were so polite.

We did not use the pool but judging by the view from our room it looks rather tired.

Under construction and room wasn’t clean as expected for a new hotel . I found hair in the shower

The room was clean. The lobby was nice.

I specifically told the check in clerk that we don't want to be placed next to any all night party types. I even tipped him $20 to ensure this doesn't happen. Our room was #203. The people in room # 201 directly next to us didn't stop talking /laughing loudly until 4:30 am. I went direct to the front lobby desk at approx. 2am. The clerk on duty said they will call the troublesome room #201 and ask them to quiet it down. They never did until about 4:30 am. On check out we asked for a discount. The clerk said no. He offered a free breakfast which was a microwaved burrito that was worse than a fast food item. The breakfast was horrible.. I've had a better breakfast from a mobile truck. I had already paid for it so the clerk said it's too late. You already paid. No gratuity. The arm rest on the office chair in the room was broken. I almost fell over on it. The bathroom was tiny. Very unlikely we will ever stay there again. and will recommend others we know do the same.

We loved the convenience of the location, especially if you are visiting the college, and want access to downtown dining. The Starbucks, and Bar on location were super convenient as well! The outdoor fireplace and TV sitting area were lovely. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and spacious. There is plenty of room for parking. We had a great experience and would definitely stay again.

The pool area is a great touch, and we really looked forward to lounging by it, but all the lounge chairs were all ripped and broken. They should seriously take inventory and replace the broken chairs. Maybe consider resin lounges over the cloth ones that were all tattered.

Room was showing delayed maintenance. Parking garage is very tight and difficult to maneuver. No other parking options were offered.

The staff is lovely-very welcoming, helpful. The people working the morning coffee rush kept the line moving. The staff working the front desk were polite, happy and helpful. The lobby was very clean.

I do wish they would consider updating the rooms a bit. The decor is old looking/shabby. Not dirty, but just kind of “blah”. Most hotel rooms don’t have carpet anymore, so maybe I would like to see them remove the carpet in the rooms and replace with laminate/faux hardwood.

Great location- close to UofSC, clean rooms, and very helpful and friendly staff.

Parking is horrible. Very tight spaces & turns.
