Stains everywhere on carpet. Mold in shower and 15 minutes to get hot water I. Shower.

The room was clean but the bathroom door was warped and damaged at the bottom and there was paint peeling from the wall.

No towels in room, bathroom maintenance is needed, dining area downstairs needs maintenance as handles are coming off doors. Staff informed me ok to throw trash in recycling bin as it goes into trash.

Our neighbors were extremely loud around 2am and when we called the front desk we were told if we had a problem we could just call the police ourselves

Full hot breakfast. Location to the interstate & major roads.

-Curtains did not work. Motorized curtains that did not work, & main curtain looked dry rot. -Black mold in shower tile grout. -Carpet filthy, black of feet when into the shower -Screaming altercation amoungst staff in front of all guests while @ break

Initially, the cleanliness was appreciated. The food was delicious and hot each morning and although we only had breakfast 2days, both days the menu was the same,eggs and sausages. No variety.

While I did not take advantage of daily housekeeping,I noticed trash was left outside from another room allday and night. At one point I heard mice rummaging through the trash. In addition, several days after we were there, we found a bug in the coffeepot

Location close to I-26 as we were traveling and also restaurants close by.

Staff was borderline rude. Apathetic. Breakfast was basically nonexistent. Just grits, bacon and eggs. Which ran out and 10 people stood around for 15 minutes waiting for more. No fruit, no cereal, no waffles, nothing else. Bathroom falling apart.

The breakfast wasn¿t too great. When I ran out of towels I would have to get more myself. No working ice machines except on the second floor. The bathroom tub was not clean. The fact that it¿s close to stores was a plus

Room had toilet and door latch issues. Our room was locked open with the deadbolt when we arrived with toilet running. Got locked out of room with the interior latch in the morning.

There was a roach crawling under my fitted sheet in the bed. The bathroom had mildew in the shower.

Front desk staff was friendly. Breakfast was very tasty.

Found tiny roaches ¿¿in our room,trash under the bed that was not ours,found a box of leftover chicken wings in the microwave,the toilet ran the whole time unless I stuck my hand in the tank to get the chain unstuck from the flapper, window shade broken.

The customer service was good. Everyone was was nice.

I don¿t like the fact that they didn¿t clean our room not one time that we were there. We had to ask for clean towels 3 different times and no one knew what the digital key was but they had signs posted about it.

Rm was more modern than hotels in vicinity. Excellent location. Em was clean and bed was super comfortable, nice pillows. Hot breakfast bar was good. Very clean, staff wiped down common areas regularly.

Bathtub was a little worn the enamel in the tub was broken and the cast iron showed rust. The microwave plate was missing. The refrigerator had not been defrosted for a long period. Better attention to cleaning around the toilet and under bathroom sink

Beds were nice and clean. Room was clean. Hotel was nice and modern. Breakfast was good and area was clean.

Some of the lights in the room didn't work

very clean and clean smelling from the lobby, halls and room. Front desk personnel all very friendly and helpful.

ice machine on 2 floors not working, had to go down 2 floors for ice.

That it was big comfortable beds the restroom was big and glad there was shampoo ect cause i forgot mine they had a small exercise room was good that it had some breakfast in the morning

The printing process for documents was not good. Heavy traffic around the area. Limited parking. Dated rooms. Rooms not clean.

It was disgusting. It smelled awful and was old and dirty I did not sleep even for a minute and defeated reason of staying there

The staff were very nice and helpful.

Our room had a slight odor that I noticed on my clothes the next day. I was not overly impressed with the breakfast.

There isn't re ally anything that we enjoyed about our stay

From the time we got there I told the front desk that the carpet was FILTHY Nasty and they told me that someone would come and clean it this was on 7/11/2021. I then mentioned it again on 7/12/2021 and they still didn't correct the problem.
