Clean, beautiful, nice people running the front desk. Outstanding hotel.

Location

Not much room to put suitcases, shower had no place to put personal shampoo/ bodywash only hanging hotel products, toilet paper and tissues very poor quality

The staff

Elevators out and no compensation given.

Clean, neat, friendly staff, tasty food at the bar, nice city view and great walking distance to other establishments nearby

Nothing bad to say

Breakfast was very good except for eggs, cold and not a great taste. Location was excellent!

Mattress was a bit hard for me. Breakfast on weekends should be extended to at least 10:30-11:00

The breakfast for Valentine’s Day morning was abundant with many choices to make

The extra parking charge was somewhat of a surprise

The breakfast was incredible. Great selection and considerate of dietary restrictions. Super clean and modern. Really loved everything.

Clean, new, staff was exceptional, dinner was convenient and tasty, breakfast was exceptional. Never saw a breakfast set up like that. We’ll be back!!

Parking

Close to the venue and restaurants.

No closet space and no microwave.

Seems to be in a great location and it was clean and safe

I really enjoyed the breakfast and I really enjoyed the size of the shower.

The water at the breakfast bar was disgusting and the bed squeaked every time you moved waking you up and the shower door would not close so it flooded the bathroom.

Rooms were spacious, the lobby was inviting, breakfast was great and staff were very friendly.

There was only one working elevator and the hallways had no air. It was extremely hot

Had to pay for parking even though put in free parking in search

The property was easy to get to. There were plenty of luggage carts. The breakfast buffet was expansive. The people working there were helpful and friendly.

There were a few things that were different. The shower is small like an RV shower and it leaked because the door wasn't attached properly and it opened out so all the water on the door leaked into the floor. There was no where in the bathroom to hang a face towel except over the hairdryer. There also was no towel rack for a wet towel if there were more than one wet towel. We also had a hard time finding things like no spoons near the coffee buffet, no butter near the grits. When there are lots of people in the area it's difficult to backtrack to find things.

The clean up people took my phone and took too long to bring it down to me !

Don't like that you have to pay for parking.

None of the pillows were suitable for sleeping for either of usparking lot was nearly empty, and hotel still was charging for parking // parked on the street

lobby was great- had a pool table near the bar!

room was awkward and lacking in storage. no closet. no dresser.

My room view was the air conditioner with the beach behind it
