Hampton Inn & Suites Columbia Southeast Ft. Jackson

I did not know that the hotel was a pet friendly hotel, I would have never booked at this hotel! The hotel and my room was directly located overlooking the interstate and the pet odor and the noise from the traffic keep me up all night.

Hotel employees was amazing

We came in from Nashville to see my son graduate from fort Jackson. As we arrived the sheets in the first room was dirty the second room they moved us was also dirty and the sales manager was very rude.

Good breakfast not overcrowded! Clean room and actually very quiet. Close to town

The only thing I can say is that parking is a bit limited bit otherwise excellent stay!

The location was good thanks to access to I77. Our work was at Fr Jackson so it was great as far as distance to the front gate.

Worst Hilton ever. The room was not cleaned. There were hairs on the floor, carpet, corners of the bathroom. We did not get room service unless we requested it 24 hours in advance. We were always asking the front desk folks for towels and wash clothes.

The staff went the extra mile and greeted with smiles and very professors. A nice clean room and we decided to stay an additional night and was told we could stay in the same room. The breakfast was delicious.

No. I will stay here when I return this summer.

Close to Fort Jackson.

There was only one roll of toilet paper in our room. Asked for more and was told we had to go to the front desk to get it. I was sick and that was not happening. They wouldn¿t bring it up.

Several spaces where family could get together. Breakfast room when breakfast wasn¿t being served & the fire pit area! It allowed us time together, which doesn¿t happen a lot .

the only room they had to accommodate us was handicap therefore the shower was not accommodating for young children. the carpet was old and stained the linens were also stained and the rollaway bed mattress was worn out.

Location and friendliness of the staff.

The breakfast did not meet our minimum expectations. The waffle maker was broken and the selection of items was below what we have seen at every other Hampton Inn we have stayed at on our trip. Since we got in late and left early, this was important.

The room had roaches in the bathroom and closets. Not the usual cleanliness of Hampton Inns. Staff was quick to respond, but after seeing bugs¿.that first impression thing!

IN our bathroom, there was pee on the floor by the toilet! Pool was closed because they didn’t hire anyone to come clean it. Exercise room too was closed! Was informed that they are doing grab n go breakfast... LIES!! NO BREAKFAST. Worst stay ever!!!

The front desk clerk was friendly

There was something sticky on the desk. Since I chose the hotel for cleanliness I was as disappointed. I had brought cleaning wipes so it wasn’t a deal breaker, but it made me less confident overall in the safety/cleanliness overall.

The comfortable room and the breakfast was what I liked best.

Generally everything was Ok. Only one day the cleaning service was not at its best. While the bed was made, the pails were not emptied, the empty tissue box was not replenished.

The hotel had an amazing breakfast, the staff were friendly and helpful even handing out towels as guests came in from the rain.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay and there was nothing that I did noy like about the hotel.

Room was spacious, modern, and clean. All staff were polite and happy to help with anything. Breakfast was great. Was very impressed and would highly recommend.

The lication was convenient to the highway.

A scammer called the room trying to get our credit card number. This was not the hotels fault.
