The location is perfect. So close to campus. I love the decor as well and the bar/restaurant is beautiful.
Unfortunately the wear and tear is beginning to show. I love this hotel and I have been staying here for years, however the last couple of times I have stayed, I have noticed a bit of a decline. You can see visible wear and tear on some of the decor in the rooms. When I walked into my room this last time, the water in the toilet was as high as the seat without even using the bathroom. I had to have maintenance come in and clear the clog as soon as I walked in the door. I am hopefully that they will refresh some of the worn decor and bring the quality back up to what it was as it is a wonderful place to stay while visiting the campus.

The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable.
It is over priced for what it is. It's decent but it's not a $300 a night hotel.Food is not good.$13 avocado toast was a piece of cheap deli bread with some green goop spread.

The hotel is lovely in every way--the decor, the location, the size of the rooms, and the on-site restaurant/bar.
I didn't like the $75 pet fee--this was excessive. A much lower fee and/or deposit if the pet does damage would be much better.
