Very close to the army base and had many restaurants options near by walking distance also a Walmart across the street.

It was so disgusting that I stayed at the SpringHill by Marriott instead. This place was a run-down dump.

Super 8 by Ft Jackson was a nightmare. The door didn't lock, requiring force to open/close. Mold in the bathroom, overwhelming mildew smell from A/C, no smoke detector, broken plugs in outlet, cockroaches & furniture was broken. Conditions were revolting

Everything. It was dirty, the clothes bar was broken, a dirty tissue was stuffed in the door peep hole, no safety lock, the tub was wet, carpet was fully stained, and plaster was peeling off the way. I never even stayed there. I checked out.

Just was old and out dated. Didn't really feel clean. Also was told from online that check in was at 2 pm and I had to sit around until 3 to check in.

I was attending family day and graduation on Fort Jackson. The hotel location was a 2 minute drive to the main gate, which was extremely convenient.

There was a dirty wash cloth hanging on the curtain rod when I arrived. The toilet seat was broken.i had a very uneasy feeling staying there. I feel that a little more pride could be taken regarding overall cleanliness and appearance of the property.

Absolutely NOTHING!

Was mold everywhere, dried blood on the door, dead bugs on ceiling, big black spots on the carpet, was being watched, was put on the first floor by the dumpsters as a single female, and room smelt HORRIBLE! NOT OKAY! Will go to Better Business Bureau

NOTHING!!!!! It's located in a great area, but the hotel is awful, run down, and old!!!!

The location was perfect to the Army base.

The room was Cockroach infested. The room was not a smoking room and it smelled like cigarettes. The ceiling in the bathroom was falling , the water was not draining. The towels were stained and looked dirty. The sheets were not white. The door was fallin

Always the location and room comfyness. The hotel is overall great.

This last room was my 1st time being in that particular room, a few people came knocking looking for someone real late. ..and the TV didn't have basic channels programed. So it was just a new but not so good room spot for me.

Location Was absolutely the best thing. only .8 miles from gate 2 to get on base. food was close walmart is right across road . was quiet .

Saw a few bugs . carpet needed cleaning so bad . room smelt like weed . bad for a no smoking room . shower dripped all the time and commode hung up . Ac didn't have an option to keep fan on tv usb ports didn't work .

Location was OK.

THEY DID NOTHING AT ALL TO HELP. Reservation was for a Queen bed. It was a small double bed, NOT what we paid for! Roach infested, toilet wouldn't flush, broken bathroom door knob, black mold in bathroom, fridge not useable, holes in ceiling and wall,

Close to all stores and off the highway

Booked a non smoking room had to take a smoking room as there were no non smoking rooms available when I got there think they should have given me a discount or a free room

The location is great.

Front desk manager idea is unprofessional l liar and rude. She gave me a so call discount telling me her rate was cheaper then Wyndham. Got upset when I didn't want her rate and kicked me out. They tried to back dt Wyndham.

Location for lay over travel.

The night manager was rude and the room has bed bugs. I could not get sleep because I kept getting bit and was too intimidated to report it to the manager.

This hotel desperately needs major renovations! Holes in the Sheetrock. Door to our room looked like it had been kicked in many times. Bearly functional lock system. Back side of bathroom door appears to have food or something splattered on it.

To many people hanging out in parking lot. Paying for ice.

Black mold in bathroom. Water on floor from defrosted fridge. Roaches. Breakfast items that should be kept hot were cold.

Didn't smell of marijuana or anything else like most budget places. You can tell the staff actually cares about cleaning here. And they care about stuff matching not just shoddy, janky Mickey mouse fixes to things like most budget places
