The hotel was nice and breakfast was very good.
When I booked this hotel it stated on the website that it had a heated pool. when we got there was told when pool was open. My 7 year old grandson was looking forward as was I to swim. The pool was ice cold. No heater. I was not very happy.

The area was very nice. Staff was great.
Hotels needs a major upgrade. Furniture is outdated. Lamp shades had holes in them. Carpet was stained really bad. Roomed smelled of smoke. Overall our stay was pleasant.

The location was great. It was less than q0 minutes away from our event. The hotel was clean and the staff was nice. The bed was very soft and comfortable. I didn't want to get out of the bed.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, very upscale for the price. Everything was new and clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
The pool was closed and breakfast isn’t included.

Good location with easy access.
I was charges a $25.00 "deposit" which wasn't detailed on the booking.com web site. When I mentioned this to the desk agent, she said it was corporate policy and they have no control over 3rd party web sites, which I assume to mean booking.com. It isn't the dollar amount but the principle that concerns me. When I asked the agent if this deposit could be removed, she said, no.

Everything was amazing and breakfast was awesome. The guy that served name Jerod if I'm saying it correctly was awesome. Very friendly and showed great customer service. Will return to stay here again. Best hotel I have ever had. Staff was amazing!!!
I have no complaints. Everything was awesome. I didn't like the fact that I didn't stay longer.
