- The staff and the cost.

- The room we booked had a whirlpool tub.
Cons -
- The hotel smelled like dog and the elevator but the room did not have the smell.
- The room floors were carpet and everything needed upgrading.
- The room was not cleaned. There was tape everywhere from someone?s party decorating. The whirlpool tub was not cleaned. The light fixture in the bathroom did not have a cover and was hanging down. The light fixture in the entry way wasnt working properly.
